Every uPatch Luggage Scale is protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This page explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to request support.

How to Request Support (RMA)

  1. Email support@luggage-scale.com with subject “Warranty — Order #[your ID]”.
  2. Include your order ID, purchase date, a clear description of the issue, and photos/video if applicable.
  3. We will reply with troubleshooting steps or an RMA number and return instructions if a return is necessary.
  4. Package the item securely and include all accessories. Write the RMA on the outer label.

Tip: Keep your shipment tracking until your case is fully resolved.

Customer Responsibilities

Remedy

At our discretion, covered items will be repaired or replaced. Replacement may be a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.

Marketplace Orders (Amazon/Walmart)

If you purchased through a marketplace such as Amazon or Walmart, please start with that marketplace’s returns process to comply with their timelines and policies. If you still need help, contact us at support@luggage-scale.com.

Legal Notes

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, uPatch is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
