Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
All uPatch orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment partners. We offer fast domestic shipping with standard delivery times of 3–5 business days.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after purchase (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed automatically when your order ships.
- Coverage: We currently ship within the United States.
- Addresses: Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Holiday peaks / weather: Carriers may experience delays outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Please obtain an RMA (return authorization) before sending anything back (see instructions below).
- Unless your item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Unauthorized returns or returns missing components may be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help promptly.
- Email support@luggage-scale.com with your order ID, brief description, and clear photos (if applicable).
- We will provide a prepaid label or a replacement according to the situation.
- Keep original packaging until your case is resolved.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Items showing signs of use, neglect, or damage not related to transit or manufacturing.
- Missing accessories (e.g., strap/buckle) or altered serial labels.
- Final sale or clearance items (if specifically marked).
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Send an email to support@luggage-scale.com with subject line “Return Request — Order #[your ID]”.
- Include your order ID, purchase date, reason for return, and photos if there is damage/defect.
- We’ll reply with your RMA number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Package the item securely, include all accessories, and write the RMA on the label.
Tip: Keep your tracking receipt until the refund is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you need the same product replaced (e.g., wrong unit received) or want to exchange, contact us and we will provide options and next steps.
Marketplace Orders (Amazon/Walmart)
If you purchased through a marketplace such as Amazon or Walmart, please initiate returns or exchanges directly through that marketplace’s order page to follow their policies and timelines.
